How long should it take for Zen to work?
Habituation is a process that takes time. There is no set timeline, however, regularly scheduled follow-up appointments are recommended (eg., 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and so on). Focus on the evidence of progress towards goals by periodically repeating subjective scales and keep follow-up appointments positive.
